For more than 100 years, our companies have played a critical role in fostering innovation. Annually, our members invest billions of dollars on research and development to create jobs and improve lives.

Representing many different industry sectors including manufacturing, information technology, consumer products, energy, financial services, medical device, pharmaceutical, and bio-technology, we are advocating for patent reforms that will continue to foster innovation and enhance American competitiveness.
